The purpose of this Level 3 Diploma in Management is to provide the learner with the skills, knowledge and understanding in Management. You should have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership, planning and implementing change, managing a project and managing staff and development. It is ideal for learners that are in any type of managerial role and wish to develop their career.
