Course Information
Management and Leadership apprenticeship qualifications combine the knowledge and competence components of the frameworks in a single qualification per level, at levels 2 & 3.
The Management Diploma level 3 is broadly aimed at those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team across all occupations and sectors of employment. Candidates will have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills.
What is involved?
The Diploma is made up of 5 mandatory units and a range of optional units. To complete this qualification, candidates must achieve 55 credits. The first unit will guide the learners through their personal and professional development supporting the learner to identify their own development needs. Unit 2 will develop real life team management skills. The three additional mandatory units will look at the theories of leadership, people management and business. Learning will be tailored to suit your industry and organisation.

A range of chosen optional units, for example:
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace
