This apprenticeship will cover a range of knowledge, skills and behaviour topics including: managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, building relationships internally and externally, and more.
Learners must be aged 16+, not currently undertaking another funded programme of learning, employed a minimum of 16 hours per week, currently a resident in England, a resident in the UK for the last 3 years (unless exempt) and must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Apprentices will be required to have Level 2 English and Maths, either Functional Skills or equivalent before completing their End Point Assessment (EPA).
On completion, apprentices may choose to register as Associate Members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management, to support their professional career development and progression. They may also progress onto the Level 5 Operations or Department Manager Level 5 apprenticeship, or a suitable Level 4 apprenticeship.
