This apprenticeship will cover a range of knowledge, skills and behaviour topics including: legislation and regulation, organisation background information and business planning, organisational policies, customer service and communication, responding to vulnerability, information collection and sharing, influencing and negotiating, financial management, performance and project management, decision making and prioritising and more.
Learners must be aged 16+, not currently undertaking another funded programme of learning, employed a minimum of 16 hours per week, currently a resident in England, a resident in the UK for the last 3 years (unless exempt) and must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Apprentices will be required to have Level 2 English and Maths, either Functional Skills or equivalent before completing their End Point Assessment (EPA)
On completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices will be able to apply to the following for membership: Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) at Member level. They will also qualify for the Professional Diploma route to Chartered Membership. Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) at Member Grade or Fellow Member Grade (depending on length of service within the sector and position within the organisation). Apprentices will be able to progress to senior managerial and professional roles within the housing and property sector.
